What you all doing with your time in the limbo period?
This period we are in is like limbo. The structures of our society have fundamentally broken, but we are yet to feel the impacts in our day to day. Societies take months, sometimes years to collapse. It won't be the overnight decline into anarchy that many people want. But this is happening and it's past the point of no return now. It'll just take a few months to catch up to the 'now'.

So how you guys spending this weird period where everyone is continuing to act in the 'normal' but the economic inertia hasn't stopped yet? No judgement here, the government is paying some of us to get stoned and play video games all day, it's dope. But the steam is going to run out soon, I'd estimate we got about 4 months until it's approaching the anarchy territory most of you want. Til then, we living it up or what? Party at the end of the world, enjoy the top while it's still in.

Or is it time to lock and load? Is this valuable prep time that could be priceless later on. The rue of those who wasted it. Could these few weeks of relative stability be the difference between life and death for some people?

political correctness is a doctrine.... fostered by a delusional, illogical minority...... and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media; which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

Great post. The limbo is driving me absolutely insane. Everything is telling me to be on red alert and Its hurry up and wait.

We put in a huge garden with a whole plot of potatoes
Preparing our canning set up
Built a rabbit pen and got some rabbits
Expanded our chicken coop 15 hens and a rooster
Took a Ham radio course, got my ham radios set up
Set up a security perimeter and prepared 2 more layers if things get worse
Ordered and hung topographical maps of my immediate neighborhood and larger town
Planted fruit and nut trees and berry bushes a few years ago. They should produce this year

These is more Ive forgotten. Its been a busy few months

Re: What you all doing with your time in the limbo period?
I’ve gotten so much shit done.

I’ve literally worked harder since being furloughed than I have in years. My belief is what happens at this point is out of my hands. Therefore I have been focused on what I can control.

I’ve finished two rental property remodels. Normally I pay some guys to do these jobs but since I’m not working and don’t want others around me I’ve done these jobs myself.

I’ve plowed and tilled the garden. Also added another patch for squash, cucumbers and other spreading crops. About twice the size garden I normally do.

Ive hung fencing and gates at alternative entrances better securing my land in case I need to completely close off the outside world.

I’ve cleaned up around an old well. Not that I use it but the fact it was hand dug and laid with rock in a time when life was more difficult, makes it very intriguing to me. It reminds me of what can be accomplished with hard work and perseverance.

I’ve got a natural spring on the property which I have began developing into a better system. Installing pipes and a place to fill. Again just in case it’s ever needed.

I’ve spent as much time outside as possible. Done a little fishing and took plenty of hikes.

I make sure I’m exhausted and therefore go straight to sleep and get a good nights rest. Leaving no time for worrying or dwelling on this shit.

I will not be beaten down by anxiety and stress. I will beat myself up with work, exercise and create my own thought patterns of positive progress.

If society does completely collapse I will be in the best shape of my life and better prepared than anyone I know.

Hopefully things can eventually get back to normal!

If not, oh well then, fucking bring it!

I will not sit around and wait to die!

People won't even look or read the data / info they just gobble up the fear msm agenda and willingly go bankrupted by it .

I'm still working and generating Income outside our home .

Calls are coming in and I have estimates . Though I must say everyone has SLASHED their prices which is like working for minimum wage and the public knows it .

Spouse working from home, I am home schooling, doing repairs, and landscaping, and generally enjoying the time off. We believe everything will be fine in the months to come.

We also believe the virus is not as bad as we are being told. This whole event is to coverup economic collapse. Never let a good crisis go to waste. So we now have the early arrival of the birth of a new monetary system. So the old Petro dollar is being liquidated and for the most part. We are going through a massive reset. Times are uncertain, but what is certain is we should not panic. We may be in for a pleasant surprise.

I get up at 2PM, shower, then take a nap. At 6PM I eat something, then I browse the internet until midnight and go back to bed.

The shorter the day, the better.

But then again I've lived like this for the past 11 years.

Re: What you all doing with your time in the limbo period?
I'm just trying to enjoy it personally.

I'm doing some light trading but honestly, it's more out of a sense of needing to do something 'productive'. Money is going to change in a few years anyway.

Really I find it interesting just to watch the world slowly implode on itself at the moment. I've prepared as much as I am able at this point, really I feel like it's just waiting it out until society runs out of steam and the day to day starts to get affected. It'll take a while though so there is no rush I feel.

My personal take is that no battle plan survives contact with the enemy. Could loose everything in one day. You got to remain adaptive but other than that, you have to just take it day by day at this point. Trying to figure out what comes next is only viable in the short term. The long term consequences of what is happening are a complete mystery to all.
Order is tyranny, chaos is freedom.
