I'm frying chicken today in my iron skillet. Whipped potatoes and fried cabbage that has carmelized onions and fried bacon pieces!!!  Southern hone cooked is not always healthy! I will fry in virgin coconut though :) I Can Eat Chicken Breast If I Really Try But I Don't Know About Bacon. Sounds Delicious & My Imagination Instantly Visualised It & Smelt It. I Wish I Could Visit But I Doubt The US Government Would Allow Me To Set Foot In Your Country. Still Would Like To Visit But That Goes For Most Places On Earth. Something About American Southern Hospitality Intrigues Me & Your Post Reminded Me. It was good. I'm full!!! I made about 6 loaves of sweet breads yesterday so I guess that will have to be desert! I'm picking the banana bread with a touch of cinnamon, a little dark choc cocoa with a few pecans and a touch of butterscotch! I'm betting its good! They dont know it yet, but I already tried it!!
