ATC 0 means the FAA is down. Aircraft are still flying and other centers are covering the airspace. Its not the end of the world

Makes sense we usually have planes going over constantly now it's so quiet. Except at around 4 am there's usually a non domestic plane that comes in every night, it had ceased, now it came over last night.
