EMPs are vapor ware basically. They can be used locally, I.e. over NYC, but a nationwide nuke EMP at best would be minimally effective at best...many electronics are now shielded, mountain ranges, structures, etc can disipate the pulse.

The only effective EMP is a direct hit from a major solar flare/disturbance.

Also we have nukes all,over the world, and in subs, that would do a Sampson Option if they tried it. Israel has a similar plan if things go bad, which at that point I would assume they would do the same thing.

Nukes are a dead end Biological Warfare is THE Armeggedon of the future, followed by good ole missles, bullets, tanks, and planes.
