i am looking now at a CiA doc that says German scientist George Klein in 1953 built a saucer craft that that reached 1300 miles a hour in 3 minutes time, it was non rotating craft then it mentions sheiver built a rotating flying saucer

says russia got a craft and Us got one

I'm simply scanning through the different document titles and I'm only about 1% through it after a few hours. Also to note, after refreshing more documents are poping up.

So it seems that this is happening as we speak.
