The closest known match for SARS-CoV-2 is bat-CoV-RaTG13 (EPI_ISL_402131), which was collected from bats in a cave in Yunnan, China by Shi Zheng-Li and her team on 24-Jul-2013. [link to www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov (secure)]

Shi and her team isolated at least 300 bat coronaviruses:

It seems the genomes for all those samples were being published to GISAID over time, as various papers made specific references to each. The genome for RaTG13 appears to have been submitted 27-JAN-2020, a fre days before being compared to SARS-CoV-2 (aka:nCoV-19) in a paper submitted to Nature by Shi's team on 03-FEB-2020:
