i mean the feds were stupid enough to email the attorneys about limiting certain disclosures so as to avoid sensitive disclosures and reporting requirements related to the plea.

I remember reading something from a couple weeks back as well about how eric holder's firm covington and burling (the same firm that originally represented Flynn) had miraculously found all these files related to Flynns plea and turned them over to the DOJ begrudgingly.

I think this also occurred around the most recent eric holder JFK/Trump threat made via twitter.
