In a supplement to the defense motion to dismiss [pdf here] we discover some of the evidence of prosecutorial misconduct turned over by the DOJ to the Flynn defense. Specifically Lt. General Michael Flynn’s plea was based on a threat against Michael Flynn Jr. if his father didn’t sign the plea. This will very likely get the plea dismissed.
Because the exhibits had to be filed under seal, they are heavily redacted; however, Flynn’s defense counsel, Sidney Powell, has asked the court to release & unredact the full content of the exhibits so the world can see the coercion behind the corrupt plea agreement. [ link to theconservativetreehouse.com (secure)] [ link to twitter.com (secure)] I’m kinda confused. Was this plea done by Flynn’s previous lawyers? (Covington Law - which is Eric Holder’s firm). US Attorney Jeff Jensen out of Eastern District of Missouri has been conducting a review of Flynns case. In said review, he has discovered (and now turned over to Flynn's attorney Sidney Powell) a ton of new evidence that proves the lead prosecutor Van Grack engaged in a range of illegal activity related to securing flynns plea. The emails recovered (from flynn's original attorneys, given to his current attorney) prove this, and also show how the feds and the covington and burlington lawyers were COLLUDING to secure a conviction by any means necessary and of course, to shield this from the court. Is Jensen disclosing this or is Ric Grennel declassifying? Sounds like Wray is on his way out. Boente should be. The #2 at fbi is Alan E. Kohler, Jr. Wray chose him so can only assume he needs to go. What a mess Jensen discloses these findings to Powell, Flynn’s current council as part of the review. Powell turned around and pumped that into the federal court system today. Agreed with regard to Wray. All continues to point to the reality that Barr is systematically and very methodically forcing players out, and forcing disclosure thru the courts. Don’t forget, Powell sent Barr a letter the week of his confirmation asking him to review (and eventually dismiss Flynn’s case). Powell’s letter was declassified as part of the original motion.
