I think you are taking this out of context. Read it properly, you will see it says:

Instruments used in clinical laboratories for In Vitro Diagnosis. Colorimetric end tidal CO2 detector, sizes compatible with child and adult endotracheal tube. Single use.

So, it is talking about the EQUIPMENT used during the tests. This is equipment already used for other things too. This was not published like this in 2018.

Basically, you have completely misunderstood the site.

The virus hits harder (meaning more severe - life threatening) the European populations, thus if it is a bioweapon, it must have been designed to kill mostly Europeans. Illegal immigrants of Asian origin are super-spreaders here in Greece without getting very sick themselves. For example, yesterday, half of all the registered cases were from Pakistani illegal immigrants who roam the country free. They disobey any social distancing rules, they often get into the Metro without wearing masks at all, being rude and aggressive to locals when asked to wear a mask. The virus is real, it's just not a "pandemic". It was found in sewage around the world as early as mid 2019.

Lest some of you think this means there's no conspiracy, it doesn't need to be fake. Real pandemics happen every 50 years or so. All TPTB had to do was wait. They may have preferred covid be a little more deadly, but they found ways of fudging the numbers.

Anyway, the course of most viruses is to become more contagious and less deadly. Those mutations that are more contagious favor the spread of said mutations. Those mutations that kill the host or kill the host faster hamper the spread of said mutations.

That covid is becoming more contagious is nothing abnormal. It's also becoming less deadly, even when accounting for the hype. The death rate in Europe has dropped by a factor of 20-100. That's partly due to fudging the numbers in the first wave and partly due to the fact that covid is becoming a "common cold".

By the time vaccinations are available, they won't be needed. They never were needed as far as that goes, but I do believe it started out as bad as the flu. If there is demand for a vaccine, there will be supply. I do disagree with the idea of forced or mandatory vaccinations and the artificial demand it creates.
