The nation is on lockdown so transmittal is supposedly limited. Ventilators are used for people that cannot breath regardless of the reason. If we even had a vaccine it would be useless to use it on people that currently have or had the virus. The tests themselves are flawed and rarely accurate, so why so much discussion about testing? In Australia they have said they will not allow the country to return to "normal" unless at least half the population downloads and app to their phone that will let their every move be tracked.
