To me it looks like the same result as malaria tests sometimes behave, but I can be wrong. A few years ago one of my friends got really ill, he thought he had malaria since we're staying in a malaria area. We were told the best time to get the malaria test done is when your fever peaks, otherwise sometimes you get a false negative malaria test result even if you have it. If it's true I don't know, but a few people told us that when you test for malaria the best time to do it is when your fever peaks. Two of my family members and friends of us had malaria and it's like a very very bad flu with high fever and lots of sweating, a lot of times fatal.
