I haven't heard of that one. That sounds rather serious..

My BP went pretty high for a while (they almost wouldn't let me leave the ER because of it) and I had some pretty strong heart palpitations for some time as another symptom. While it wasn't explicitly stated, I know that the concern at the time was possible myocarditis (or the onset of), which is inflammation of the heart muscle, and can happen with COVID-19 as certain enzyme-conversion receptors line the heart wall, and these are some primary entry points for different coronaviruses, especially regarding the spike protein in SARS-CoV-2. (I had a genetic marker thread talking about some of this stuff.)
