Hospitals routinely "adjust" disease classifications in order to maximize insurance/government payout. This is well-known! Insurance companies have some incentive to try to limit such fraud--although they take a lot of flak when they do so--whereas government bureaucrats take the opposite attitude: Since almost all bureaucrats are leftist Democrats who believe that the government should pay for all health care anyway, they have every incentive to approve and encourage classification fraud.

Mainstream media play an important role in this also: It serves their financial and political purposes to portray the fraudsters as victims of "heartless rules." Again, the mainstream media are 95% leftist Democrat, so they continually agitate for corporate/government reimbursement of everything.

Why is this so difficult for people to understand?

The bottom line, OP, is that you have given absolutely no solid unbiased evidence that you ever had COVID-19, and plenty of evidence that you did not.
