profitable companies with high-quality profits (not google, facebook, apple, netflix, tesla) are very undervalued. One could argue apple is not overvalued because there is no company on earth selling as many units at such a high profit margin, but the quality of earnings is suspect because they manufacture so much in China. Samsung may be a better bet.
