Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 77954695 United States 04/29/2020 09:22 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Many are becoming quite wary of hospitals with the hearing of horror stories of putting people on ventilators/high death rates--- without first trying gentler methods that are traditionally tried first. What are some good ways to get through some breathing difficulties if hospitalization/ventilators were not an acceptable option? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77954695 |

You can make tea or just take the ground up bark in capsules. (not medical advice, consult licensed medical pros). When you are afraid of losing your life, you have already lost your life. Don't be afraid. |

A chicken in every pot, a car in every garage, and a ventilator in every home... The (new) New Deal... Inspired by Herbert Hoover! Are we there yet? Anonymous Coward User ID: 78852757 United States 04/29/2020 10:13 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | you need to be able to focus in a panic situation with your throat probably feeling swollen enough to be experiencing blocking air almost completely. you have to be in control of your senses. be calm. you will be lucky to get some small air gently holding the body still and you must practice this short thin breath technique for ten maybe 20 mins, and sit very still, and very composed and focus only on the breath with small short gentle breaths that do not induce more coughing fit. i get the chance to practice this in varying degrees. i have an inhaler if i need it, yet i refuse to take it, because the breathing problem is my own fault. So i say ok body i make you poorly i make you better again. this exercise is dangerous if you have ashtma attack and need inhaler you should always use that. if you dont have inhaler, you start to practice focused breathing, and mindful meditative state (that is the quite time in the head, where only you talk or you talk with God or you sit in peaceful quiet. you take control when the panic is worst and you do not allow the self to be anything less than under your authority. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 73853635 United States 04/30/2020 12:06 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I can recommend a nebulizer. They are not unaffordable. I bought a new one on Craigslist for $20. You can find them on eBay, too. Drugstores, and medical supply stores. I use colloidal silver in mine. It was helpful my last, and hopefully last, case of bronchitis. You can use albuterol, or distilled water. It’s basically inhalation therapy at home. |

Turmeric kills viruses and I see no reason it can't do covid too. But don't listen to me, even though I proved it cures pneumonia by doing it myself. And i estimate i had 3-4 hours to go before it was RIIP time. 2 days and i was 100% well. |

About 35 to 40 bucks for a bottle of 120 tablets or gelcaps. Don't get the wallmart turmeric. |
