By having China drop the bioweapon for them, they plan to take the emergency power to the greatest extent possible in order to accomplish this task, hoping for as little judicial review as possible with respect to this economic takeover that they planned. What you are watching is the largest government sponsored corporate taking in history, and it is being done surreptitiously, as a way to try to violate the 5th Amendment's Takings Clause. Is it really a taking if they conspired with the Chinese who dropped a bioweapon, resulting in a state of emergency, which allowed the states to violate the contracts clause, resulting in the bankruptcy of many businesses that their corporate friends swoop in and buy up for pennies on the dollar?

It is interesting how the media and government has foisted the issue regarding interference with contracts on the part of the states onto the force majeure clauses contained in the contracts themselves. Without the governmental reaction, forcing businesses to close, those contracts would likely have been fulfilled and there would have been no need to rely upon those force majeure clauses. So even though there are contract provisions allowing for the eventuality of a disaster contained in the contract doesn't mean that the disaster itself was not created or allowed to transpire, so that states could issue edicts, forcing those provisions to trip. The operation of the force majeure does not mean this wasn't done knowingly.
