So they were doing 65 in a 35 on a snaky road in the rain. She's not actually old enough to drink. They spun out and hit parked cars and then flipped. Is that West New York? Yes. I grew up in the area, but live in the south now. My daughter lived there. I loved visiting her! We'd walk to the ferry boat. What a beautiful view of the city! Perhaps we're not talking about the same place. The West New York I'm talking about is on the Hudson across from Manhattan. OOPs...now I see your niece lives in upstate NY. Praying for your niece. She was able to talk before surgery, she was conscious, and that they can take that long for surgery. Unless things have changed, when you're real bad, they do what has to be done to keep you alive and wouldn't take time to put pins in pelvis, etc. She's young and that weighs heavily in her favor. Looking forward to you telling us she's doing great again. |

My partner flipped my car a few years ago, he was thrown out on the first roll and lucky to survive with a few cracked ribs and a fracture in his vertebrae.
