1. the travel betwen China and Korea is extremely limited in normal times. The fact that you think travel between countries is a common thing shows your ignorance. Secondly, ALL travel to Korea has been completely banned since 21. January.

2. Viruses don't just travel around by themselves. They NEED a carrier. So, yes, if you close the country you will have 0 virus infections.
