That's a good question.

In Genesis 1, God mentions "bird"(s) 6 times already. That is a lot. The first mention is verse 20:


And Elohim said, “Let the waters teem with shoals of living beings, and let birds fly above the earth on the face of the expanse of the heavens.”

Dinosaurs are also mentioned in the Bible. Of course Genesis 1:21 covers them too. But check this out in Job...
BTW, all translations of the Bible texts here are from the TS2009 (The Scriptures 2009) where they preserve the proper name of The LORD and what have you. I use Bible.com as a side note a lot.

Job 40:15-24

15 See now, Behemoth, which I made along with you – he eats grass like an ox.
