I think there are humans (sleepers) that have already been chipped and they have certain atoms in their bodies and that when the chosen time is decided by the Illuminati they send a signal to the chip to cause a pathogen (virus) to be released and spread by the sleeper(s).
Maybe 5G integrated and these sleepers dont and wont even know it as they are put into society as normal people.

A latent virus in targeted populations. Hosts could be random, or chosen for elimination. The virus is 'manmade' in the sense that it's mutated from other viruses.
If you keep mutating it, you get to a point where you can add technology. Eventually it becomes a nanobot of sorts, and the people who make it can program it to do whatever they'd like. It's basically a microscopic killing robot, as viruses already were, except humans control it.
They can control what makes it emerge from latency, when it emerges, how long it lasts, how you die, etc...
This is just a theory, but it's really not far out there at all.
