Where does Kansas City get the money to employ people to keep these records, create the forms church-goers need to fill out, and what will they do with these records once they have them? What purpose does this information-gathering have that benefits the citizen?

just had a thought, the godless left doesn't want bored people going to a church because its the only thing to do, no sports, no malls, etc.

So in order to prevent more people converting stick up a road block that will turn people away at the door.

Arresting those attending synagogues.

But the mosques are left unmolested. Laws are even being changed to allow the muslim call to prayer.
