Those monkeys seem to be a problem even if they aren't used to kidnap!

Here's a video showing one with a kidnapped baby refusing to let a passerby woman let him go. You can see the woman hesitating to just grab the baby from it. Was it because of fear it would harm the baby by holding on too tight or attack her?
