Ummm....There are no viruses. There are pathogens. There are bacteria. But if you have a strong immune system and proper nutrients, you should be okay.

Look into who "discovered and isolated the first virus". No one. It's still a theory. What they say are viruses are basically cellular wastes. Not actually a "poison" which is what virus means.

Perhaps belief has a fair amount to do with things.
