They sure didn't look handicapped to me

THEY are not above the law themselves and that video could get them reprimanded, because it is proof they are breaking the law by parking where they did. There are good cops and there are bad cops. These ones seem to be crossing the line into the bad side of things. You are aware that you can call the police, ON the police right? Call the Sheriff on the police.
