Great find! The man had right on his side, and laid it out clearly - what are you doing here? They weren't handling a crime, apparently, though none were interested in talking when he stated his purpose. If I saw correctly, the man in charge didn't care for being pointed out, and pointedly kept his back turned.

Just like their televised corona meetings and they all gather round the president and no one has masks on or six feet apart and i have to ask myself why not one reporter asks at the conferences why they dont obey their own rules???
