Trudeau didn't pass the bill through the regular protocols of Parliament. There was no discussion or debate. It was his style of "Executive Order". There was no due process in this.

Kind of reminds me of when Guberment wanted everyone to register their guns and was nervous because they knew there are a lot more guns out there than what were registered. LOL
