First they tell you the truth - vitamin D3 protects against viral infections, COVID19 included.

Then they 'caution' you against taking supplements.

The best way is to get it naturally through food and sun. I don't trust supplements because there's lots of scams going on. Useless you test every pill yourself you don't know what's in it.
