Better to follow him in the truck, keep the guns out of sight, and stay on the phone with law enforcement.

According to the video, all the black man was doing was running down the street. If the two guys that shot him had enough time to grab their guns and hop in the truck, they had enough time to call the cops if the black guy committed some other crime we don’t know about prior to the shooting.

This was an unprovoked shooting and they should have been arrested.

I saw a black man walk over from our park just yesterday and was attempting to plug his phone into the neighbors outlet. I said hey, do you know the people living there? He said no. I said, so you are just trying to steal electricity? He smiled because he got caught, and then unplugged his phone and went back to the park...he's lucky my neighbor didn't shoot the thief! I think I'll hook up an outlet and put 220 to it, so they fry their shit if they attempt to steal from me...

It appears he was on probation for juvenile offenses; since it starts with an arrest for PROBATION VIOLATION when he was 22.75 years old in 2017.

This may have been probation for the "I went to a high school football game at 19 years old with a gun" thing.

Later that year; on 1 December 2017, he was arrested by GLYNN COUNTY PD for THEFT BY SHOPLIFTING under Statute 16-8-14 GA (State Offense Code 2375) and found GUILTY on 16 February 2018 by Glynn County Superior Court and sentenced to 5 years probation.

Naturally, he couldn't keep his nose clean...and...
