No meat in eastern KY?

As you can see there's plenty of foods you can eat that won't kill the tree or plant when you eat the food it provides so it can stay alive and provide food again later on.

Also, plants don't shed tears or have souls/spirits and individual personalities like animals do.

Also this is why animals fear humans because of how ignorant and violent they are.

My daughter reported yesterday that Costco and Sam's Club had no fresh or frozen beef of any kind. Minneapolis/St.Paul area suburb. But some other stores did have limited fresh beef selections and quantities. Prices were up 50% over 2 weeks ago though.

Look at this chart, all meats are acidic, beef showing at 4 pH and almost all fruits/veggies are alkaline:

damn, give it a rest. I have been paleo/keto since 2012 and am in the best shape of my life. all of my allergies are gone. sinus problems gone. heart burn gone.

Check your body pH in the morning via saliva before eating/drinking/brushing.

Eat alkaline and get your pH back up to 7.35-7.45 and you never have to worry about being sick again. Never get cancer.

when i consumed starches and carbs, I had pretty bad eczema. When I cut out the carbs and went to mainly a protein diet, it was mostly gone within 9 months.

granted, i also got rid of all the franken foods, prepacked crap and started cooking all of my meals from scratch at the same time.

but I eat 6 slices a bacon and 4 eggs for breakfast most mornings. I am able to exercise 5 times a week with really good recovery between days. i just don't see that happening on a plant diet.

Then tell me 2 or 3 good reasons why you keep eating meat or think meat is good for you?

Why do you not see that happening on a plant diet? I supplement hemp/pea/quinoa/pumpkin/brown silk rice protein powder on a daily basis to get my 180-220 grams per day. Plus they are all low calorie, no dyes or sugars, and organic and alkaline.

BOTTOMLINE IS, a meat diet keeps you LOW CONSCIOUSNESS and stuck in the lower reptile mind and unable to understand higher consciousness and higher spirituality. It sounds like they are reopening our meat packing/processing plant on Thursday. I think about 6% of the nations pork got processed through that one.

It’s really a matter of hard work and sweating. Some places in the world the people don’t have much access to plant based food but they work hard and appreciate and respect what keeps them alive. That’s the part most forget. It’s very old fashioned.
