Never knew who he was. But what's weird is all the articles about him when he got bit are all from like 2019. None from when he actually got bit.

Roy Horn didn't die. I watched news on his recovery from the tiger attack. It wasn't on purpose and he still cared for the cats.

In my memory the tiger bite caused an arterial injury in his neck causing an immediate stroke, but he did not die at the time.

I could be wrong about the tiger - maybe my memory stopped when they were talking about killing it.
