I love to be able to talk to folks that have walked down this road, might say to the point where they know we’re in the matrix. Sort of like Neo, he knew there was something different going on. Problem with me is I’m not very spiritual. Sometimes I see things and sometimes I have lucid dreams, but I’ve never been in an astral plane that I know of or had an out of body experience.Although having said that, I do believe that when we are young we have a lot of out of body experiences. For instance the common dream of being able to fly is in my opinion, and out of body experience.

I would appreciate any information on how to train myself to “tune into” the higher vibrations. The best I can do is, when all is super calm and I have not been drinking, I can watch the back of my eyelids until images appear...but usually as they become clear it surprises me and I jump back to my conscious state...once in a while I can achieve a “lucid” state where I am able to see while I am “aware I am seeing.” I believe this is my pineal gland kicking in. But it is futile to try...futile to force it...it must come form a different state of meditation...I just have t found it yet.

Your link to the Falling man and the tarot didn't work. Interestingly, I believe I wrote one of the first (if not the first) blog entry on that topic many years ago. I notice now there are others and mine is vanished since I changed websites... but anyhow, fascinating subject. I went into more detail about there being collective archetypes that manifest in the real world, but some other people did some good work on that subject matter too, so kudos, that is the power of the internet we all contribute to a subject.

So with that in mind, I would like to comment specifically about your theory of reincarnation. I can see how you, as an astral traveler, would find the idea of being reincarnated endlessly a burden. But I personally delight in the idea of getting another chance to do better the next time around. In fact it is of great comfort to think I will get another chance to do better given another chance. I feel I was real close to accomplishing my goals and given another try or two (or three lol) I can really achieve some of my material goals.

Secondly, your description of the astral plane sounds glorious to me. I would love to knock back some drinks, get some free sex, and hang out in a club and watch Sublime perform! Sounds like heaven! Better than angels with harps.

I think telling some people to stay away from the light could be disastrous. Being stuck in a simulation as a ghost? No thanks! And these psychics you are describing as morons... they could be trying to relieve the ghosts' pain or torment. I am guessing many of these ghosts are trapped because they were still attached to something here in the simulation and weren't ready to move on... but they are clearly not going to accomplish anything here are they? Even you said the chance for them to figure out how to escape is a long shot at best. So it sounds like these psychics are helping them by telling them to go to the light. At least they can come back and participate in the collective again, and not just "haunt".

But like someone else said in this thread, what might be true for me is not true for you. For some people, religion gives their lives meaning. And for me maybe reincarnation and this astral plane sounds enjoyable, while for others it is a trap because they prefer to live forever without a memory wipe. What about people who experienced trauma? A memory wipe might be good for them.

Now as far as these archons are concerned, I feel it is maybe a trade off. They provide us with reincarnation and a realistic holographic simulation and we provide them with the energy they crave. Maybe that is why we watch movies, to create these emotions for them. We can feel fear in the context of a movie and maybe avoid the real thing. We are not all tormented by fears. And what about laughter, joy, pleasure (you said they get off on sex)? Those are pleasurable emotions so maybe a win-win on those. I don't know, I am just throwing that out there to further the discussion, but I have no problem allowing my laughter and joy to be shared with others. I definitely don't want to be traumatized, or in pain, but really I have avoided that in my life for the most part. That is why we have painkillers. And again, maybe movies and tv and video games are a substitute for real fear and other negative emotions. It seems some people like to watch horror movies and be scared, so maybe that is why?

I hear what you are saying about the millions of impoverished 3rd world people and I agree I wouldn't want to be one of them, but do you really think your message of stay away from the light is going to affect those people? Let's face it they are focused on the mundane, trying to stay alive and fed, I doubt very much they can think of anything beyond that ... and are you telling me this astral plane is worse than being impoverished? Doesn't sound like it to me? Sounds like a trip to Vegas the way you described it.

The only thing that bothers me about the concept of reincarnation is this memory wipe. I want to be able to continue where I left off. I don't need all the details, but it would be nice to have some talents that I developed remain, and I think they do... how else do you explain musical prodigies who at the age of 4 can play piano concertos like a seasoned pro? Maybe most of your memories are wiped for the sake of the illusion, but I am guessing some of your talents might remain, and even you intimated your subconscious will still draw you to certain things based on previous experiences.

Well that is my two cents for now, but great thread, I love all the contributions and I don't think anyone was wrong in their ideas, I think we all have unique experiences based on what it is we are trying to experience or accomplish, and the idea of reincarnation can give people relief in knowing their dead relatives or loved ones are not lost forever or trapped in hell (unless of course that is what they wanted to experience for some reason).
