You don't really understand the idea of our system of government. That the government serves the people. The government doesn't have to serve Bill Barr, because he is the government. The government does have to serve Tom Fitton (Judicial Watch) because he's a citizen and not the government. So Tom Fitton (or you or I) could be more effective with a FOIA inquiry than Bill Barr. And of course in other ways, Barr can do a lot that we can't. Working together we can do the most.
