Is Judge Emmett Sullivan taking Cues from OBAMA RE: Flynn Case ?

So Barack Hussein Obama authorizes the release of "remarks" last week where he comments on the Flynn case and argues that the rule of law is at stake. However, he raised eyebrows when he alleged that Flynn was being charged with PERJURY, which is not what Flynn is formally charged with. Again, that was LAST WEEK.

Today, 5/13/2020 Judge Emmett Sullivan issues an order appointing a former federal judge to challenge the DOJ argument for dropping the case. He is also charged with reviewing Flynn's statements, specifically whether or not Flynn committed PERJURY in the course of attempting to withdraw his plea.
