Trump has never said that a vaccine would NOT be mandatory. Why not?

Trump is well aware of all the info going around on Plandemic, Gates depopulation via vaccination, Agenda 21 now 30, etc. He knows millions worldwide are talking/tweeting/sharing links on these very topics. A natural, normal inclination would be a desire to assure people that he is against these evil agendas of these evil people and ease peoples' minds so that they can trust him and not worry or stress....

But Trump has NOT stated he is against these things. His actions and words indicate he is FOR these things and pushing testing, tracing, and vaccines.
