RUSSIA - 250,000 cases, 2500 deaths, U.S. - on April 4th, 250,000 cases, 30,000 deaths

How is that possible?

Is their medical system in Russia THAT much more equipped and better than the U.S.?

are they healthier in general?

are the covid-19 deaths in the U.S. being exagerrated/labeled as covid deaths regardless of the cause?

there has to be a reason.
