Why would Venezuela need Iranian oil they have far more oil than Iran ever had.

Every thing has it's reasons. The plane that was shot, did you know that one of the two Ukrainian on board was a huge arms dealer? Smuggled huge amounts of artillary to Libya. And she was in Iran? Why?

Venezuela is rich with oil but they still need to have it shipped from the other side of the world?
