They should allow fans, especially in outdoor arenas (sunshine essentially disinfects surfaces, circulating outside air, etc). Low chance of transmission in outdoor venues.

At any rate, restrictions and lockdown of healthy non-symptomic people is NAZI-like tyranny. You can quarantine sick people with symptoms in a free society.. BUT not healthy people (that is clear cut tyranny).

Im not a fan of it either but i have watched several races in my life and can tell you are ignorant. There is actually a lot of strategy involved. They are mot just going round and round.
