Perfect solution to the voting crisis

OK I am willing to concede the worries of some voters, especially the elderly, to vote in person in the coming November election due to the Rona is a valid issue.

Accordingly, I have a solution that is better than all the proposed solutions.

By executive order, Trump should allow for early voting for federal elections to begin on September 1st. As a caveat to the extended voting time, VOTER ID will have to be implemented to ensure against any corruption the extended voting time might cause.

In order to be helpful to those voters who don't have a state issued ID, the President can also issue grants to pay for the low income voters to obtain one (since income has been the only excuse why VOTER ID is unfair.)

The extended voting time will allow for appropriate social distancing to take place. Additionally, you can open up specific hours or polls for high risk individuals.

Also, the state parties could partner with grocery chains to have polling centers available so people are able to vote their one time (with voter id of course) while getting essentials.

Daily voting records will be stored at the state capitals under two armed guards (paid for by each state party) until Nov 3 where they can be calculated.

We can use volunteers to staff the polling centers and/or use federal emergency money to provide state parties or governments with additional resources they can substantiate these extra measures cost.
