Give free gourmet meals for the rich while some Americans wait hours in food bank lines and wait weeks and months for scraps... pennies on the dollar, as the rich get richer.

Consider that this will not benefit mom and pop diners and rural restaurants, it will mostly benefit the wealthy, upscale restaurants in big cities that cater to a wealthy clientele.

More corruption and power grabs by the elite as the poor and working poor get fucked.
