Very odd, but already saw 2020 May dates, and now they give satanic dates for April and then the dates of the religious ones for May as if they're covering something up.

But, those religious dates obviously coincide with some of their rituals.

The hand that appears to covering his mouth is actually turning your head as a barber will do. Note what looks like to me at least electric clippers with a blending attachment.

It's a small mirror reflecting the face of the guy whose shoulder is just visible to the left (as we the viewer are facing) of the face. The shoulder is in a dark blue or blackish tshirt. It actually looks like there is another smaller mirror just above the face which is also reflecting something. The guy isn't wearing a mask, the reflection of his face is just being cut off by the bottom of the mirror, and it appears there is some sort of white cloth or towel below or partially in front of the mirror, thus giving the illusion of a guy looking in the viewer's direction wearing a mask.
