It’s the best way to dump your toxic waste.
Run a small pipe out to the middle of the river and slowly release your waste byproducts.
This is a much cheaper solution than having to truck it off to some disposal site.

Last time Dow flood out back in the 70's I think. I remember all the fish died off, a lot of fish.
