NASA physicists discover special steel alloy that can float on water. Jim Muddlefuck of the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory explains his discovery. "Steel should sink in water. But we discovered some boats made of steel float. So that means the steel boats are made of is magic steel that is lighter than water. Though some are suggesting that possibly it's not the steel itself, but rather the boats themselves that are magic. Still others claim that possibly the magic boats make the water beneath them magic and much heavier than normal water, so steel won't sink in it. Our research grant just came through. We'll keep studying this curious phenomena until we have a definitive answer, hopefully about the time I'm ready to retire."
