Dershowitz is not the supreme leader of the USA. All he’s doing is providing an opinion based on legal precedents
His word is not law

Never got one, don't intend on getting one, and I do NOT trust the Gov (I do however Trust Trump).One could argue an unvaxxed individual acts as an incubator to allow the virus to evolve further. The virus is not mutating rapidly as it seems to already be comfortable where it is, in other words it is a very successful virus if the purpose of a virus is to multiply in as many hosts as possible. In New York they figured out high percentages of people had been infected and did not realize it, 85% of the infected.
