Just look at FEMA. The original plan included such things as 30 days of food for Americans. Then look at FEMA actions in regard to hurricanes in Florida and Louisiana. Now there is 2-3 days of food in reserve and hundreds of underground bunkers to 'assure continuity of government'. What about the people who paid taxes over the decades to support this? Those that survive will be absolutely controlled by those 'continuity people' ala the TV series 'Jericho' or even the Katrina fiasco. Support/relief will be centralized in locations and if you can't get there you were not worth saving to begin with (read aged/disabled or infirm- i.e. all those on 'welfare benefits').
And for those who scoff at the concept of 'weather control' then why has the U.S. spent hundreds of millions to study this over the decades since the 1970's, classify all information then say it could not possibly exist? Add the overwhelming medical crises that the 'system' cannot deal with (obesity, diabetes, SARS, Morgellons, XDRTB, the incredible rise in Non Hodgkins et al)- the best they can do is maintanence drugs( lifetime profits for the Pharms) while all these ill people are just a disaster away from death(no medical care in a real emergency).
