The money was deposited via Optum Bank and is labeled “stimulus payment” or ”HHSPAYMENT.” Note that the funds will go to each physician organization's TIN that normally receives Medicare payments, not to each individual physician. Say money is supposed to go to the organization and NOT to individual Doctors, so if payments are received by individual Doctors they had better contact the CMA and straighten it out pronto! |

Our local mechanic said 10K was deposited into his account and when he tried to give it back they said they had evaluated his business and he was going to need it. This is very interesting and it's probably what is happening. But that gal said the doctors getting it never applied for it. |
