Quoting: Anonymous Coward 16509238 Microwaves can be weaponised. Even 4g and 3g can be weaponised. Oh God! Sticks can be weaponised, food can be weaponised, just about every household item that has a bit of heft or sharp edges can be weaponised... |

If this guy saw what my setup is for my 150 watt 10 meter antenna.... he'd forget about this chincy light fixture lol.... "Tempus Fugit" |

Claiming a typical 3.3v power LED is supplied directly by 400+ v0lt without showing the PCB trace is the dumbest claim ever. And how is the LED gonna attack human? Any 5G tards care to explain? |

Even though you OP called yourself thinking you're not really thinking when you just use the word "weapon" from the dumb video mindlessly. A really thinking person would not simply use the same claim word when he/she doesn't know the fact. I bet no one, not even the 5G tards can tell you what the delusional LED "weapon" will work coz it's not weapon. It's most probably just a machine on-off/working indicator. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76600488 You're not much of an electronic engineer if you're saying that capacitor could not possibly have a rating of 450V. A common, off-the-shelf 10µf 450V capacitor is around 20x13mm. The size is going to directly affect the capacitance a lot, but much less the voltage rating. And not directed at you but the others who don't understand the voltage rating of capacitors... if you open up a 5V or 12V device, it's not uncommon to find 35V capacitors inside. The voltage rating has nothing to do with the voltage being used in the device, except that the rating must be HIGHER. Since a streetlight in the UK can be expected to run on 230V a 450V capacitor would be expected (the UK and the EU had to compromise on 230V when one used to be 220V and the other was 240V). Finally, the streetlight housing has been adapted from the original design that had a photo sensor at the top peeking through the hole, and would be simple on/off based on the lighting. Newer ones take radio control to further adjust energy usage. |

China made mosquito racket usually has 400V rating cap and a few res for directly charging the internal 2.4V rechargable batteries from 220VAC without bulky transformer. |
