Same reason we don't eat other rodents, even if you put aside disease and parasite risk. This is what I understand. That if you had a diet heavy in rabbit, it would not be nutritious and you'd actually be malnourished. Also, don't they get something called rabbit fever - tularemia? Chickens seem much cleaner. I'll keep my rabbits chocolate :) |
