Quoting: The_Meridian Why are we not eating them??? I know they used to eat them all the time. In the Army, we had Rabbit frequently; it was great. What gives? My guess is that they're not profitable enough to sell on a wide scale. After you remove skin and head, there isn't a shole lot left. It's probably just way more profitable to sell birds or larger mammals |
