My only argument is regarding your statement ".7% of deaths did not have underlying conditions"

What exactly is an underlying condition?
I recall "hypertension" is an underlying condition.
Quick research says over 100 million Americans have hypertension.

Then there's also... people with diabetes, asthma, cancer, obese people, liver disease, kidney disease, lung disease, heart conditions... gosh I bet over 80% of the population qualifies as having an underlying condition.

The term "underlying condition" is so vague it's almost meaningless.
