Let me expand on your conspiracy which isn't a conspiracy it's just facts and numbers.

My conspiracy is this. States with the most restrictive policies will have the most financial hardships. They will need more funds going forward. The people in those states will suffer the most.

And who will they ultimately blame ? As usual people blame the economy on the President, regardless if he has nothing to do with the cause like coronavirus. Those swing states like Michigan are trying to tank the President.

Trump knows this with the elections coming up which is why he's pushing for reopening so hard.
